Make a plan! Even the worst plan is better than having no plan.
Never stay in the same obstacle with other players.
Take cover.
Communicate with your teammates.
Play aggressive and try to flank the enemy.
Chuck Norris and Rambo are just fiction heroes, don’t try to imitate them!
Have fun, it is just a game.

DOES IT HURT?
When paint balls break on the opponent they generally cause a very small, momentary pain. It will hurt a little more if it hits bare skin than skin covered with clothes. Shooting the ball from close range is not as powerful as hitting a tennis ball. Of course, the closer the gun is, the stronger the blow. But the most important “injuries” that one can suffer when finishing a paintball game are the scratches from thorns, or a possible twisting, rather than being hit by someone’s gun.
IS PAINTBALL SAFE?
As long as you don’t take off your goggles inside the field there is no chance of injury.
The paint balls are made to brake on impact, so when they hit you, you feel an instant pain and that’s all.
Most important thing is to protect your eyes and never take off your goggles while playing.
The referee is always there to ensure that.
